Bump key arrest; Target sneak thief; More

Nov. 14

Katie Lynn Tadena, 34, of Roseville was arrested on suspicion of possession of meth. The arrest took place at Atkinson Street and Booth Road in Roseville.

A 33-year-old Marysville man reported a vehicle break-in at Thunder Valley Casino on Athens Avenue near Roseville. Property worth $1,805 was stolen between 2 and 4:25 a.m.

 

Nov. 13

Donny Alexander Lopez, 46, of Marysville was arrested on suspicion of possession of meth. The arrest took place in the 4900-block of Riosa Road in Sheridan.

A baseball bat was used to shatter a passenger window and steal $1,080 worth of property from a vehicle parked at Thunder Valley Casino near Lincoln. A credit card from the auto was used at a Sacramento 7-Eleven store and for an online hotel room transaction.

Mark Allen Whisler, a 60-year-old Auburn transient, was arrested on suspicion of resisting an officer’s orders.

Megan Madine Mackay, a 32-year-old transient, was arrested on suspicion of stealing $110 worth of merchandise from Target in North Auburn.

 

Nov. 12

Oak rounds worth $150 were stolen in a garage burglary in 800-block Drum Powerhouse Road in Alta.

Sarah Yvonne Warren Munger, 27, of Sacramento was arrested at Pleasant Grove Boulevard and West Boulevard near Roseville on suspicion of possession of shaved “bump” keys. The vehicle she was in was pulled over because it had no front license plate.

 

Nov. 10

Jennifer Santoyo Mora, 24, of Sacramento was arrested on Industrial Avenue near Lincoln on suspicion of driving on a suspended license because of impaired driving offenses.

 

Nov. 9

A lock was cut to get into a truck and steal $1,500 worth merchandise stored in 3500-block William Pond Lane in Loomis.

Dorothy Parker, 40, of Oakland was arrested on suspicion of evading law enforcement with disregard to public safety. The suspect is alleged to have ran red lights and weaved through traffic in the Granite Bay area before eventually being arrested in Sacramento County.

A mailbox was forced open in the 1000-block Nichols Drive area of Roseville.

 

Nov. 6

A man in khakis and a red shirt bumped into a North Auburn Target shopper and stole a wallet from her purse. The wallet was later recovered in the men’s room, missing $20.
