I speak for the reelection of Gordy Ainsleigh to the Auburn Recreation District Board. It is difficult to describe or even summarize all that he has done for the district, and will continue to do when elected. Among his accomplishments were major contributions to the establishment of the Ashley Memorial Dog Park, the planting of many trees along the highway, and successfully advocating for places for rock climbing enthusiasts to come to the district, to the benefit of local businesses. He has been an outspoken proponent of careful consideration of the value of all proposed expenditures. He is a public servant on a mission to promote healthy outdoor activities for all of our citizens, and to creatively find ways that are most affordable uses of taxpayers’ money. I recommend that you vote for Gordy. Gerald Brody, M.D., Meadow Vista
