The circus was in town on Saturday, Aug. 27. There supposedly was a soccer parade to take place in the area. Barricades and signs were posted on Pine Street and Almond Street. Drivers were going around them and causing a traffic problem on Lincoln Way. It was quite a sight to see. These morons were going around in circles, creating a maze of traffic confusion. I should have charged admission. If it wasn’t such a sad testament to this society, it would be laughable. All this foolishness reminds me of a society that has lost its way and is out of control.
