SETH KING Lives in: Auburn, born 1981 at Auburn Faith. He’s “come and gone many times.” Jobs: After graduating Placer High in 1999, King traveled Europe 16 months and eventually worked a civilian job at a U.S. Air Force Base in Germany. He studied physics at San Diego State and the University of Maryland. “I don’t have a set-in-stone career. I’ll do almost anything I can that is in line with my conscience ... I converted to anarchism a couple of years ago. The more I studied, I finally understood that government violates the nonaggression principle.” Favorite topics: “I manage to get a letter in every 30 days. I’d write more if I?could. What motivates me is just speaking out, helping to raise awareness of what’s going on in the world. When I write letters to the editor, I’m only really writing for a select group of people.” Upcoming: King and his wife are moving to New Hampshire this week. Most recent letter: “Reader fleeing Golden State,” July 6
