Sierra Baptist Church The leading explorer for the infamous Noah's Ark, Dr. Randall Price will be speaking about his adventures in locating the ark at the Alpha and Omega Prophecy and Creation Conference this April (10-14) at Shasta Bible College in Redding (2951 Goodwater Ave.) and other local churches. Along with Dr. Price, Creation Scientist expert Dr. John Morris who has also searched for the ark on Mt. Sierra First Baptist Church Sierra First Baptist will host a series of discussions on Sunday evenings starting Jan. 15 regarding creation vs. evolution and other weekly topics. St. Paul Lutheran Tonight the Good Friday service will be at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, the Easter Egg Hunt will be at Ashford Park at 10 a.m. sharp. Come early to park, because it starts right on time and it’s over in two minutes. Bring your own baskets. At the end, empty your candy into your baskets and turn your eggs in for a ticket to win prizes. This is a rain or shine event – if it rains, come anyway and someone will give you candy in your car. On Sunday for Easter Sunday as we celebrate the Resurrection of Our Lord, the sermon Topic will be “Come and See – Go and Tell” based on Mark 16:6-7. This service will offer the optional rite of anointing of oil.
