Tan Cadillac on Dog Bar, Sept. 26: Yes, you know who you are. You were cruising up Dog Bar to Placer Hills Road at about 11 a.m. You had a handicapped sticker on the left side of your rear bumper and you had evil in your heart. You must have enjoyed threatening our lives as you sped past us with less than two feet to spare and it happened a number of times because our group was spread out as we pedaled up the hill. Why would you want to do injury to someone you don’t know, jeopardize your future, spend time in jail or live with regret that shapes the rest of your life that could mark the worst day of your life?
