Daisy was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Dorothy and Clyde Mulvany on October 2, 1904. She was preceded in death by her son James, and her husband Albert. Surviving her are daughters Joyce Bennett and her husband Bob of Greenwood, CA, Alberta Borow and her husband Bernie of Auburn, Ca., and her brother, Eugene Mulvany of Los Gatos, CA. She will be missed by them, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-granddaughter, nieces, and nephews. Daisy lived in San Bruno most of her married life and had worked in a nursery raising Gardenias. She was extremely active in the Girl Scouts of America as a Leader and Camp Director. Many of her Scouts, now in their 70s and 80s, stayed in touch with her. She moved to the Georgetown Divide 28 years ago and has lived in Auburn for the last 5 years. She has been around the world on a cargo ship, enjoyed camping, tennis, swimming, fast cars and pretty shoes. She met her goal of living to 100 years of age and celebrated it with her family and friends. She was sharp as a tack and an inspiration to all who knew her. Concluding a wonderful life on earth, we know that she is now in a peaceful place surrounded by angels.
