Down with pet stealers

“We didn’t steal ’em, we rescued ’em!” the pet thieves yell over their shoulders as they run off with someone’s beloved pet. Too lazy, too dull, and often too drugged to go out and buy their own pets; beloved, quality pets are stolen off the front porch, and out of the back yard of neighbors. If things get too hot these pets are dumped. Shelters and the pound often end up receiving these pets. Community rescue groups spay and neuter, immunize, microchip, rehabilitate — all a necessary expense to give pets a healthy start toward a better life.
