ANTELOPE - Colfax scored five times in its first at-bat here Thursday afternoon and never looked back on its way to a 12-2 Pioneer Valley League baseball win over Center.

The Falcons, now 6-3 overall and 3-0 in PVL contests, used Michael Wilson's two-run double as the key rap in the first inning outburst. Wilson had a 2x3 afternoon at the plate and drove in three runs.

Also having a hand on offense in the romp for the Falcons were Devon Loomis (2x3, RBI) and Dave Campbell, R.J. Hurley, Chas Reisinger and Ryan Glazner, all with one hit apiece.

Colfax junior Wes Woodward went the distance in the five-inning run-rule shortened game for the mound win.

The Falcons are slated to host Bear River Friday in a 4 p.m. PVL game. Colfax  then opens play in the River City Tournament on Monday in West Sacramento.
