Florist’s service goes beyond

Upon arriving at my sister’s memorial service, I noticed that the azalea tree and baby roses that had been ordered had not arrived. I called Lisa at Auburn Blooms to let her know. When her calls to the Roseville florist that she had contracted with to deliver the arrangements went unanswered, she closed her shop and personally drove to Sacramento to pick these up. Turns out she didn’t have the azalea tree in her shop. She then delivered the arrangements to the funeral home. Folks, she closed her shop in the middle of the day to complete an order that should have been handled by the Roseville florist. This is real customer service. Thank you, Lisa, for caring about your customer. You made my nieces, nephews, sister, father and me very happy. The arrangements were beautiful. Pat Jones, Auburn
