Re: Kent Campbell letter, (Reader Input, Oct. 21) I am not ashamed. Yes, I do love God. He is my source of existence and savior all 76 years of my life. He keeps me functioning each and every day. Without him, I will be nothing. But, with Christ, he is everything and strengthens me. Isn’t it funny how someone can say “I believe in God” but still follow Satan (who, by the way, also “believes” in God). The young man named (Alexander) Piggee (Journal, Oct. 22), believes in God, but did God make him start a fire in the Galleria? No, but I know who made him do it. Satan made him do it. Of course, Kent Campbell, you don’t believe in Satan, either. God didn’t cause the explosion in the mine. Man’s carelessness did. And God used people and great technology to rescue them. God used man to give comfort to those guys and to get them out of there safely. I know the miracle working power of God in my life. When things go wrong, I’m glad God can make it right and he did. And those who were saved gave praise where it belonged ... to God. Kent, I can tell you about the miracle working power of God from a whole lifetime of seeing it at work in my life.
