The California Highway Patrol was still looking Thursday for the driver of a vehicle that killed a tow-truck driver who had parked on the side of Interstate 80 on Tuesday. The driver did not stop after the vehicle struck David Robinson, Jr. 30, of Citrus Heights. Robinson was outside his vehicle when the incident occurred Tuesday afternoon, west of the Ophir Road exit near Auburn. Robinson died from his injuries after being taken to Sutter Roseville Medical Center.
