When Layla Kindice, 3, came home from preschool Tuesday, she announced to her mother that she was voting for John McCain. “I was surprised because my husband and I hadn’t talked to her about the election before,” said her mother, Cheryl Kindice. “My husband and I both want(ed) Obama to win, but I was fascinated by how interested she was.” So Layla went to the polling place with her grandmother, where she filled out a sample ballot and even got her “I voted” sticker.
