The girl gymnasts of the Miyagi Gymnastics Academy in Auburn came in third at the team’s second meet in Concord on Sunday in levels four and five. All levels are determined based on each girl’s ability to complete a certain number of skills, with the higher the number indicating the greater number of skills. At level five, Megan Collins came in first on beam and second on the bars. She placed second overall at the meet. Jacy Dean was first on vault and second on the bars, earning fourth place overall. Stephanie Knoble was third on beam. Holly Hansen took fourth on beam. At level four, Alexis Vasquez came in second overall after coming in second on the beam and fourth on vault. Hannah Bean Strasser earned third place overall. She took first place on the bars and second on vault. Sally Crowder came in first on the vault.
