Kendall Marie Lopez and Scott Donald Monroe, both of Auburn, have announced their plans to marry June 19, 2009 at Old Flower Farm Inn, Loomis. The prospective bride is a student at Sacramento State University. Her parents are Roger and Nancy Lopez of Auburn. The groom is a student at Point Loma Nazarene University. His parents are Don and Polly Monroe of Auburn. Kendall and Scott met their senior year while attending Placer High School. They have been dating since then and will have been together more than four years by the wedding day. The couple announced their engagement on July 27, 2008.
