Congress passed the Tobacco Bill today with both the Senate and the House passing it by wide margins. But our representative Tom McClintock voted no. He would prefer our children be able to access cigarette vending machines and buy candy-flavored tobacco products. And heaven forbid that there be harsher warnings on cigarette packs, or harsher penalties for stores that sell cigarettes to minors. You are against all that, right? And you are off to a great start in your career in Washington, Tom. Judging by your voting record it will be your one and only term there. James Shaw, Rocklin
