No one wants to pay more property tax, but we also don’t want our children’s education to suffer. At only 16 cents per day to property owners within the Auburn Union School District, an exemption available to seniors and an expiration in five years, Measure L seems to be a very affordable option to the funding crisis now being experienced by our schools.
