President protects us from dryers

-A +A
The week of February 13 I came across a recent article stating that, President Obama’s border enforcement officials prevented over 13,000 dangerous hair dryers from entering the country. “U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized thousands of hair dryers recently that were determined to constitute a “substantial product hazard” under U.S. law, for failing to have adequate immersion protection,” DHS announced. “The potentially dangerous hair dryers were identified through a nationwide targeting operation by the CBP Import Safety Commercial Targeting and Analysis Center (CTAC).” Research shows that an average of 10,000 illegal aliens cross the border every day. Only a third will be caught. It appears we are better at identifying and capturing illegal hair dryers than illegal people. Do we really need a government agency to take the place of Darwinism? Those that have not learned in our public school system that electricity and water do not mix should not rely on a hair dryer with “adequate immersion protection” to give them the edge in natural selection.
