This letter is in response to one that appeared in the Auburn Journal on Jan. 13. In that letter, Rocky Warren states that “Gun control isn’t really about guns,” and refers to such bans on guns as “dangerous at best, deadly at worst!”
How does he explain the fact that a large proportion of law enforcement officials as well as rank-and-file cops favor some form of gun control?
As a former law enforcement officer himself, one might logically assume that he would likewise support some form of gun control, but this seems not to be the case.
Perhaps he’s a member of the NRA?
