Reduce bloated bureaucracy

Our girlie man governator left California on Tuesday like a rat deserting a sinking ship so he could hang out with his buds in Washington. The voters resoundedly informed the spendthrifts in Sacramento that the state does not have a revenue problem. There is a spending problem with inept incompetent clueless politicians not having any concept of fiscal responsibility. Now they have to reduce expenditures. What do they propose? Cutting police, fire protection and schools. Why not focus on reducing the bloated bureaucracy instead? My advice to each citizen is to go buy a fire extinguisher, a gun and home school.
