Reform Congress' approval rating by voting for Holmes

-A +A
I see the 24 percent approval rating for our nation's Congress and feel that it is a higher rating than they deserve. I am always dubious when career politicians explain how things are different in Washington as an answer to our questions about their actions. The average voter should need no more than the sense of right or wrong taught to them by their parents to know if something is ethical. In June we have an opportunity to vote for a candidate that does not have to explain to us that it is ethical for them to get personal enrichment from their office. As Republicans we should require our elected officials to set the highest ethical standards in government instead of explaining how things are done differently in Washington. It is time for Republicans to take the lead in reforming the 24 percent congress. In June this life long Republican will be voting for Mike Holmes. Don Adams Colfax
