Tom and Bonnie Husak, owners of Skyridge Pharmacy, are retiring and closing their doors forever. To mark the event, they are liquidating every single item of their store. The sale starts Thursday, June 23 at 9 a.m. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the sale contest. Visit the contest desk and register to win one of eight prizes. No purchase necessary and you don’t have to be present to win. The Husaks have expanded store hours to Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tom and Bonnie Husak purchased Halls’ Pharmacy in 1975. They began the home health care division with the sick room service in 1977 and later expanded to a full line of durable medical equipment and hospital supplies. In 1980, they relocated to their present location in Skyridge next to Maidu Market at 601 Auburn-Folsom Road in Auburn. After being in business for 36 years, the Husaks thank all their customers for their patronage and support.
