Teen bears lose some cuteness

I’m beginning to feel like Goldilocks. The mama bear and her three cubs are back, but the cubs are now big teenagers. Living on the canyon has its risks, but I’m half afraid they’re going to ask to borrow my car. They eat my garbage, poop in my yard and climb my trees. I already have teenagers, and maybe that’s why they feel so comfortable here. There have been a lot of cute stories about the bears in the Journal but they’re not toddlers anymore. They’re teenagers.
