There are still good people

(I offer) heartfelt thanks to the generosity of a kind and trusting lady. I was in the Bel-Air store in Auburn on Dec. 11, doing some shopping, as my wife had just gotten home from the hospital. I picked up all the items on the list. I was in the checkout line and realized I did not have my wallet. “What next?” I wondered, when a kind lady in line ahead of me, Beth from Coloma, said, “Don’t worry, I will pay for it and you can send me a check.” I want to say there are still some good people in the world. I want to say thank you again to a total stranger, Beth from Coloma. You made my day. Thanks again. Gerald Porter, Auburn
