Hanson, the top seed, will also enter the Sac-Joaquin Section tournament in Stockton next week with the No. 1 honor. She beat Mee Thao, who came into Monday’s tournament 13-1 overall, 7-5, 6-2 in the semifinals and remained unbeaten by rallying for a win in the championship, her third match of the day. Jen Menary, the Falcons’ No. 2 player, fell 6-4, 4-6, 9-11 to her opponent. Ashton Santee, the top boys player, lost to Highlands’ Serg Khokvan 4-6, 6-4, 5-7 in a second-round match.
