I think the (Placer County) Board of Supervisors needs a reality check. To allow salary increases to the county executives is crazy, when others are being furloughed or laid off. To hire a psychiatrist for $322,000 is even more ridiculous. They could get Dr. Phil for that much. The only solution is to vote these people out of office next election. Kevin Brady, Auburn
