Young minds need guidance

After reading about the children who attend Placer High school wanting to dirty dance (Journal, April 12), I hope the principal has the backbone to keep his stand. They can do this vulgar dance every other night of the year. They spend big bucks to dress up, ride in a limo and go out for a nice dinner and then they want the “right” to dirty dance. I hope someone will remember that the children’s brains aren’t fully developed until their 20s, that’s why we have adults making decisions for them. Judith Larrew, Auburn
