Sixteen-year-old Kyle Kowland gets the party started early,playing the harmonica with Equinox on the Constable Jack’s Stage during Placer SPCA's BBQ & Blues fundraiser at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn Saturday. Kowland has been playing the harmonica since he was a child and has performed with many area blues bands.
