Oh! The Hypocricy...
By Skeptic

Ex-Miss California USA, Carrie Prejean, says a porno film she made was "the biggest mistake of my life." She admitted on Fox News that she made an X-rated video for her boyfriend when she was only 17 years old.

The X-rated sex tape that underage Carrie Prejean made and distributed is the same issue as several cases that resulted in convictions of minors who produced self-porn. Those convicted also become registered sex offenders for life. Kids who take or share sexual images of themselves when they're still minors can be prosecuted as adults. If they're still in possession of the images when they reach the age of 18, they face much harsher penalties.

A new report disclosed that Miss Carrie circulated seven more porno videos and dozens of sexually explicit photos that are now floating around the interwebs.

(1) Should Carrie Prejean be prosecuted like anyone else?

(2) Should anyone be prosecuted in similar situations?

(3) Are your kids aware they can be charged with a sex crime for taking sexually explicit pictures of themselves?

(4) Should the laws concerning child pornography be reconsidered?

(4) When did kiddie-porn stars get to call themselves traditional family-values conservative Christians?
