Recipients of the Rusty K. Uratsu and the Koko Kageta Memorial Scholarships are shown at the Loomis First United Methodist Church where they were given awards during Sunday services on May 18th. Honors went to (l. to r.) Mari Feuz (Roseville H.S.), Jackson Heath (Rocklin H.S.), Amanda Hussa (Placer H.S.), Colin Naake (Del Oro H.S.), Abigail Richardson (Sierra College), Molly Wingo (Granite Bay H.S.), and Betsy LInton (Willian Jessup Univ.). Anamda Hussa received the Koko Kageta Memorial Scholarship; Rusty Uratsu Memorial Scholarships were given to the other students. Both Rusty and Koko were longtime members of the church who left a wonderful legacy of helping students further their education.
