The Rocklin City Council voted to cap health care bennifits for city clerical,park workers and day care teachers. Approximately 100 city workers came out on Saturday to protest this decision by the Rocklin City council during Rocklin Community Service Day. Some city workers will have a reduction of $300.00 from their paycheck due to this decision. Police and Firemen also had their health care capped but were given an increase to offset this reduction in bennifits
