Jim Ferris is honored at the Canyon Keepers meeting for his dedicated years as chairman and one of the founding members of the Canyon Keepers; a volunteer group that gives their time and services to the parks department by assisting the ranger staff by handing out information and making people aware of the natural surroundings in this great area; the American River Canyon. Jim is running for a seat on the ARD Board of Directors.
