Friends of Dalene Carlson held a candlelight vigil for the former Placer High Student, who's remains were found in Stockton last week. Carlson?s favorite song list was played , balloons were sent off into the air, and prayer was led by Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplain Gary Anderson.
