The parking lot and sidewalks start to take shape as the 103,000-square-foot Auburn Home Depot is starting to be recognizable. On the inside, the next phase of Home Depot is preparing for the racking which will hold all the merchandise in the new Auburn home improvement super store. Foreman Ray Sanchez, of AC General heads the operation of the main parking lot of the new Home Depot in Auburn. Along with the 103,000-square-foot building there will also be a 25,000-square-foot garden center. Don Bohl of Muse Concrete removes a framing board from a newly poured sidewalk leading into Home Depot. Brent Foley, of Muse Concrete, finishes off a handicap access sidewalk leading into the Home Depot parking lot off Willow Creek Drive Thursday afternoon.
