Both RJ Gamble, left and RC Bynog are part of the Vietnam Veteran Legacy Motorcycle Club who are behind getting the POW MIA flag flown at the Veterans Memorial Hall in Auburn. The newly raised POW MIA flag catches a slight breeze moments after being hoisted. Mamie Carpenter-Shelton shares her gratitude with WWII veteran Grady Epps, of Applegate, who served from 1942-1946. Shelton's grandfather and uncle both served in WWI and is always thankful for those who serve.
