In their first feature film, Monty Python goes on a medieval quest. This 1975 cult classic is a slapstick comedy concerning the Arthurian legend, written and performed by the Monty Python comedy group of Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin.

King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table embark on a surreal, low-budget search for the Holy Grail, encountering many, very silly obstacles, including a persistent Black Knight, a three-headed giant, a cadre of shrubbery-challenged Knights who say “Ni,” the perilous Castle Anthrax, a killer rabbit, a house of virgins, and a handful of rude Frenchmen.
