One through 8 below are the highlights of the Auburn City Council Special Session Agenda to be held 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, for the Baltimore Ravine Project (Journal, Jan. 6). Seemingly the letter sent out by Reg Murray, senior planner, of notification of a City Council Hearing on that date does not convey the intensity that the actual Special Session Agenda states. Interested, 6 p.m. Thursday. 1. By resolution deny the appeal submitted by Mark Smith. 2. Certify the Environmental Impact Report prepared for the Baltimore Ravine Specific Plan and study area project. 3. Adopt the Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding Considerations and Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring Program. 4. By Resolution approve the General Plan Amendment associated with the Baltimore Ravine Specific Plan. 5. By Resolution, approve the Baltimore Ravine Specific Plan and Study Area. 6. Approve the rezone for Plan Area 1 by motion, approving a development agreement by and between the City of Auburn and the Baltimore Ravine Investors, LLC. 8.
