Bickering fails to impress

Re: the article, “City Council rejects clerk’s addition to past minutes,” by Bridget Jones (Journal, Dec. 15): What a joke that the mayor-elect, Dr. (Bill) Kirby can pass his judgment on (City Clerk) Joe Labrie for additions to the minutes, right or wrong, while the rude, loud, out-of-order Kirby can make inflammatory remarks toward one of the city’s elected group and go on about his business. The city would be better served by elected officials going about the city’s business instead of bickering about nonsense. William Clark, Applegate
