City provides paving lessons

Let me first congratulate our fine public works department for continuing the education program for beginning pavement contractors. I think that, by the time the course is completed by those desiring to become professionals, they will look back on the time they spent on their final paving exam, Ferrari Ranch Road. They will have gained valuable experience, enabling them to continue on an upward course in Paving 102. One can only assume the position of inspector was an ancillary learning position. The addition of Roseville folk was a grand idea. How much did the city of Lincoln receive for offering such a course? If in fact the project is complete, might I suggest a continuing redo so others might benefit from washboads, (i.e. country gravel roads), linear grooves, loose gravel, and best of all, traffic control?
