After that the Falcons tackle the Zebras on the road Oct. 29 before a Nov. 5 home curtain closer against Bear River. Young and fellow junior David Mowbray were on the same page Friday as the duo hooked up three times for TD passes. Chase Mosier gathered in Young's other scoring aerial on the evening. Shawn Rawlins alson returned to action for the Falcons and gained 54 yards on just four carries. On defense for Colfax, Brennan Holman had a pass interception while Danny Walker, Roger Lillie and Francis Sanford all played well. Colfax JVs 7 Foothill 0 - Henry Freer hauled in a 54-yard scoring pass from Clay Southerland in the first quarter as the Falcons (4-3, 1-1) handed Foothill its first loss of the season. Jack Baldoni, Cody Baugh, Tim Stuck and Alex Sinclear all had good defensive outings in the win.
