Food trucks, restaurants each have role

-A +A
Re: Food trucks vs. established restaurants, I don’t see a conflict. There are days I want the comfort of sitting in air conditioning, being waited on by friendly staff and having a leisurely lunch and menu choice. But there are other days I just want to eat and “run” at fast food restaurants or potentially food trucks in the future if I don’t even feel like taking time to eat indoors. For me it’s either-or, depending on the day. But there wouldn’t be a conflict of choice for that day. The two types of businesses shouldn’t impact each other. Karen Wyatt, Auburn
