Re: “City Hall remodel angers resident,” (Journal, Nov. 29): When I heard that a man was complaining about his (Rocklin) City Hall, I thought he wasn’t paying much attention to what he’s complaining about. Wouldn’t a good remodeling job be good for his community? I mean, sure, it takes money to remodel something, but wouldn’t it look really good when it’s over? This City Hall is 100 years old and probably needs a good remodel, especially the emergency exit door. They should at least remodel that. A good new ramp would help people in wheelchairs get around. The money is going for something better in his community. Would he want the money to be spent for a new McDonalds? Don’t we already have enough of those? GAVIN WARE, student, Auburn
