I’ve been an observer and an astute reporter of Nevada and Placer counties politics for more than 40 years, so it is without hesitancy that I wholeheartedly urge the election of Martin Harmon to the governing board of the Nevada Irrigation District. As a successful businessman and longtime rancher in Penn Valley, Harmon well knows the needs for conservation, water supplies and electric power generated by a productive water system.
