Lunch time leads to Lincoln wreck

Two female Placer High students were involved in a single car accident while traveling east bound on Lincoln Way during their lunch break Wednesday afternoon. According to California Highway Patrol the driver of the vehicle was traveling too fast on wet roads causing the car to lose control and crash into a tree. Both female drivers were treated for minor injuries and taken to Sutter Roseville Hospital for further evaluation.
