President (Barack) Obama has violated both nature and equality by ignoring the concepts declared in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. These concepts being: representation, separation of powers and limited government. President Obama has disregarded limited government, in his claim of wealthy individuals paying their fair share. Nature and equality demand that all persons have certain inalienable rights and among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If this pursuit of happiness is industry and the righteous reward of this industry is monetary, what limit does nature put on righteous reward? None! If no limit, then why is one citizen limited more in righteous reward over another in regards to taxation by government? Are not all equal in pursuit of happiness? If this were true, government must be blind to individual pursuit of happiness through industry of work with righteous reward and more concerned of individual wants of commerce that are not associated with need to establish taxation of government. This equality of want, which causes all citizens to be taxed out of consumption of commerce, cannot and does not violate nature and equality because the liberty of want allows choice and choice of want gives life to what one citizen or another citizen wants to not only contribute to ones possessions, but to the possessions of the treasury of these great United States of America.
