Three members of the Foothills Quilters Guild have created a beautiful quilt that will be raffled off to benefit the Sutter Auburn Faith Hospice program. Quilters Shari Bahr, Frankie Hey and Sheila Lindquist created the quilt as a labor of love for the hospice program. ?I think the hospice is one of the best to raise money for, of all the charities,? Lindquist said. The quilt is on display at the Sutter Auburn Faith Hospice thrift store on Lincoln Way. Tickets for the raffle are $1 each or six for $5, with the drawing scheduled for Feb. 13. The winner need not be present to qualify for the quilt. Sutter Auburn Faith Hospice provides a team of professionals and volunteers that offers services ranging from nursing and medical care to basic assistance with the activities of daily living and bereavement counseling. Proceeds from the raffle will help provide hospice services to those families with little or no resources. For more information about the raffle, call (530) 887-0561. ? Ashley Baer
