This is in response to Ron Lowe’s letter of Feb. 1 (“Understand amendment II”). Mr. Lowe, the Second Amendment reads as follows:
A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
No more needs to be said.
