Someone please explain to me the intelligence of the U.S. Congress.
If you are law abiding, have a job, raising children, pay taxes and making a contribution to society, legislation now being considered will say that you need a background check in order to become a citizen.
However if you have a criminal record or have a mental illness, you don’t need a background check in order to buy a gun. Does that make any sense to you?
