Dave Luce from Frank-Lin Wine & Spirits and Max’s Restaurant of Auburn have joined forces to bring you Luce’s best selection of wines and Max’s best specialty foods in the fifth Winemaker’s Dinner, set for 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, in the Trailside Room at Max’s.

Cost is $65 per person, which includes a seven-course gourmet dinner paired with eight wines. Limited seating available; call (530) 888-6100 for reservations. Max’s Restaurant is at 110 Grass Valley Highway, Auburn, attached to the Holiday Inn.
