In contrast to sunny Tuesday, the National Weather Service predicts Wednesday will have a 40 percent chance of rain after 10 a.m. Auburn’s Wednesday should be mostly cloudy, with a high near 58 degrees. Come nightfall, there will be a 50 percent chance of showers and new rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
